Ahhh Sweet Balance was created by founder Chanelle Camire while in her Yoga teacher training.

Chanelle partnered with her soul sister Sandra Mackin. Together they created the Brick & Mortar for ASB

SB became a 100% Virtual Studio. And Sandra stepped away from active ownership to be a full time mama to her daughter Ada Love.
